The female pelvis can be imaged via transabdominal, transperineal and transvaginal approaches. This chapter covers the technique and application of 2D transabdominal and transperineal ultrasound in the assessment of voiding dysfunction, urinary incontinence and synthetic slings/meshes. There are case studies covering topics of urinary incontinence, complex voiding dysfunction post sling procedures and neurogenic bladder dysfunction.
