Abstract
Vaginoplasty is the surgical procedure that consists in tightening the vaginal opening and thickening of the vaginal mucosal walls. The author describes vaginal recalibration (thickening) with the use of lipograft. Fat harvesting and fat implantation are discussed as well as possible complications.
