Abstract

In this work-in-progress paper the use of a fuzzy set controller is explored as a measurement instrument for qualitative performance criteria in a context in which organizations have a strategic partnership. Organizations struggle to get a grip on qualitative performance criteria, such as trust, information transparency, etc., to monitor the health of their relationships. First steps, i.e. the development of specialized tooling and actual field experiments will be discussed, some challenges and future directions will be presented.
