Abstract

This chapter describes the experience of developing team work skills in a practical module. This experience took place during a course given to workers in a Valencian company. All the skills are easier to apply and develop in smaller groups. During this course the attention given to the students was increased in the following basic aspects: utilization of cases and team work, personal tutorials and attention. The results obtained are seen after the realization of the experiment, with post experience evaluation undertaken by the students.
