Abstract

Is Director, Emeritus of ITS Educational Technology at the University of Northern Iowa. She has degrees in Business Education and Postsecondary Educational Leadership. She has held teaching and consulting positions and has served in a variety of leadership roles including Director of the Personal Computing Support Center and Director of Customer/User Services in ITS at the University of Iowa. She has led many initiatives related to the uses of technology in teaching and learning. Her research focuses on women chief information officers in higher education. She has also served on national advisory councils for Apple Computer, IBM, and Gateway, Inc.
