Abstract

Lipopolysaccharides obtained from B. abortus, B. melitensis, and B. suis, but not B. canis, were found to contain amino sugars identified as glucosamine and quinovosamine by cation exchange and thin layer cellulose chromatography and ninhydrin degradation.
