Abstract

The main objective of the current study is to find out the relationship between leadership style and crisis management in the Jordanian Ministry of Planning and International Cooperation for the department head, managers, and senior management in the Jordanian Ministry of Planning. A quantitative methodology was used to track the goals, in which people who participated in the survey, received the highest score ever Leadership type, the study concluded that transformational leadership has become more stringent in recent decades than transactional leadership, but democratic leadership has no significant relationship with crisis management, and often the growth strategies of those organizations need to change in times of crisis, and the results from the current research will serve as a guide for the authorities government.
