New Paradigms for University Management

Abstract

This paper addresses the new paradigms that have been consolidated in the State in the last decade: E-Government, Transparency and Social Responsibility. They constitute government and management policies that should be introduced in the University for its effective management, to guarantee the transfer of knowledge and services with efficiency, openness and community sense.
