Abstract

In an earlier paper [1] the author discussed the existence of transcendental numbers similar to n and e, and showed that such numbers can be generated from a given series. In fact n and e are only particular cases in the infinite sequence of transcendental numbers. In this paper the author demonstrates that the wellknown trigonometric, exponential and logarithmic functions form particular cases of the generalized function presented in this paper. © 1986 Taylor and Francis Group, LLC.
