Analisis Dampak Pemanfaatan Inovasi Digital Terhadap Kualitas Pelayanan Publik di Kabupaten Bogor Tahun 2022

Abstract

Regional innovation is an important aspect to ensure that a region can compete and improve the quality of life of its people. Therefore, local governments are required to be able to integrate innovation and technology in their processes so as to produce effective and efficient services. The success of local governments regarding regional innovation is not only seen from the quantity aspect but also the quality which is determined by the extent to which the implemented innovations have an impact on public services and the environment. This study aims to: 1) analyze changes in the quality of public services and the types of changes that occur as a result of the implementation of innovations; 2) Mapping models for evaluating and developing digital-based public service innovations so that they are sustainable. The research method used is quantitative and qualitative with the Before After Comparison method (quantitative) and the Post Test Without Comparison Group and Baseline Data (qualitative). The results of the study show that a number of innovations have an evaluation strategy with a clear methodology, timeframe and respondents, but several types of innovation do not yet have a comprehensive evaluation strategy. Opportunities for developing digital-based public service innovations in Bogor Regency are very broad, especially regarding aspects: involvement of third parties, service consistency, management of public complaints, integration with other fields and a number of other development steps.
