Erectile dysfunction (ED) due to radical pelvic surgery has been an interesting topic among clinicians. Surgical treatments have a negative impact on the quality of life in these patients and their partner due to incontinence and ED. However there is no standard treatment modality following radical pelvic surgeries such as radical prostatectomy or cystectomy. This article reviews the role for penile rehabilitation on ED after pelvic surgeries.
