Abstract

Trigeminal neuralgia is universally considered the neuropathic facial pain most and best known in medical practice. We propose a short review on trigeminal neuralgia reporting its main clinical aspects, unsolved problems and highlighting differential diagnosis between classical and symptomatic trigeminal neuralgia. © Springer-Verlag Italia 2005.
