Abstract

The present work approach the design of the digital section of a system for the study of microbiological samples, based on impedance measurement. Basically the system is compound by: a data acquisition card (PCL-711B), controlled by an interface with the microcontroler 80x86, as the central unit processor (CPU) on real mode, in a desktop Computer, that allow us to obtain the sample response during the stimulation process. This response registered as the impedance variability. © 2013 Springer.
