The main purpose of examination is that generating multiple choice tests, database design, software implementation of a multiple choice examination and is better idea to make an online interface for evaluation. Performance of the proposed algorithm is estimated by using statistical signal processing based on students data and by computing average value, standard deviation (SD), signal-to-noise ratio (SNR), coefficient of variance (CV) and typical error (TE). It is assumed that organization authority manages the institutional resources and the academic and administrative services in such a manner that a large number of students can appear the examination without any hazard inside the own organization safely and properly used.
