Abstract

This article discusses two ways of improving the techno-economic performance of the energy company by burning coal. In a competitive market and the limited investment in Russian conditions, they are especially effective because they are not costlier. There is a description and scheme of circuit training and fuel combustion in a power boiler TPE 216. Technical solutions aimed at reducing losses from the boiler leaving gases that contribute most significantly to the reduction of its efficiency. To calculate the efficiency exergy, economic evaluation was used for implemented activities. Technical solutions presented in the article are low cost and can be performed without the involvement of the outside organizations and implemented in the branch “Harnorskaya SDPT” JSC “INTER RAO— Electrogeneratsia”. The article also discussed the scheme of plasma-fuel boilers kindling, using plasma-fuel lighting system of the torch, and plasma-generation cyclone system of drying agent for mills fans. Data for calculating of the effect were obtained by testing the boiler unit. After implemented measures economic effect was about 15 million rubles.
