This research uses primary and secondary data sources with library data collection and field study techniques. Results of the study revealed that Baduy customary law related to leuit regulates the procedures of making leuit, storing rice in leuit, and taking rice from leuit for certain purposes along with traditional rituals that accompany them. This is the local wisdom of Baduy community in realizing food security, which includes food self-sufficiency, food availability, and access to food.
