Abstract

In view of the social problems such as traffic congestion, energy shortage, parking difficulties caused by the high ownership and low utilization of urban private cars, this paper aims to explore sustainable future travel solutions with good user experience. Car-sharing emerges as a sustainable mode of transportation and become one of the trends of the future cars. Using research and interview, Persona model, Experience Map and Kano model, we study and analyze the user experience of car-sharing, excavate the pain points and user’s needs, explore the effective user experience optimization scheme, and apply it to car conceptual design. The combination of autonomous driving and car-sharing will effectively improve road safety, realize the independent travel of special population and improve transportation efficiency. According to the research results of pain points, user’s needs and opportunities, future autonomous shared car will help to provide users with a better personalized travel experience, and there will be more possibilities for the interaction between people and cars.
