Abstract

In this contribution we consider the approach to the runway as a case study of our research on conflict resolution for Air-Traffic Control with stochastic models. We simulate the approach for landing and optimise the maneuver through a simulation based optimisation strategy. © Springer-Verlag Berlin Heidelberg 2005.
