Abstract

The book was inadvertently published with an incorrect spelling of the author's name in Chapter 57 as R.M. Bapitsta whereas it should be R.M. Baptista. In addition to this, the name of the author in Chapter 102 should be Yankah instead of Yanka and the affiliation should be ekowjonas@yahoo.com. The erratum chapters and the book has been updated.
