Abstract

The use of Information and Communication Technologies, ICT, as a way to generate better learning experiences by increasing student motivation in a constructivist framework, is one of the objectives to be reached by educational institutions in the current times, from which military education does not take distance, something in which the use of Information and Communication Technologies can help, being more than the use of simulators or a slide presenter. In Ecuador, the level of ICT integration in education is not high, which is reflected in military education, for which a referential model is proposed.
