We have presented an extended model with many-neighbors and non-locality via considering the effect of multiple velocity differences ahead on the optimal velocity model. The stability of extended model has been strengthened. Based on the intelligent transport system, drivers can conveniently receiveinformation of headway and multiple velocity changes ahead. It is possible to improve traffic, suppress the emergence of a traffic jam, and reduce the energy consumption.
