Abstract

Now firms are facing greater pressure and they have to be sensitive and act quickly to grab the opportunities. Corporate entrepreneurship involves recognizing the opportunities and taking actions to take advantage of them. It is widely agreed that the capability of CE is an important criteria to evaluate enterprises. And human resource management is regarded as an important factor to decide the level of corporate entrepreneurship. Although it is widely accepted that human resource management influence corporate entrepreneurship, it is still not clear how human resource management influence corporate entrepreneurship. The paper offers a new perspective, that is to study the mechanism using enterpreneurial efficiency, and specifically this paper focuses on small and medium enterprises. © 2012 Springer-Verlag GmbH.
