Abstract

There are many human-centered design methods with different purposes and applications, but there is a lack of clarity that makes most people apply only traditional methods. The objective of this article is to map existing methods, identifying the appropriate moments and purposes for each application, in order to assist in choosing the appropriate technique. The survey of the methods was carried out through bibliographical research and the proposal is a table of methods categorized by tipe, with possible results indication, authors and product development process phase application.
