Abstract

We present a case of a 58-year-old female with neuropsychiatric symptoms, followed by recurrent episodes of atrial flagellation and symptoms of heart failure. Based on intraoperative myocardial biopsy, neuronal ceroid lipofuscinosis was diagnosed. Copyright © Polskie Towarzystwo Kardiologiczne.
