Abstract

Computer simulation use the computer modeling and simulation technology to realistically display the internal structure, working principle and related process flow of engineering technology, bioreactor, process equipment and other related equipment in a dynamic form. The professional course of food biotechnology is a very practical course. Computer simulation technology will undoubtedly have a positive impact on traditional teaching methods. However, there is currently no report on the application of computer simulation technology to pharmaceutical engineering related courses. This paper takes the teaching of food biotechnology course as the research object, explores the mode of applying simulation technology to teach; promotes the teaching reform of food biotechnology course and improves the teaching level; lays a foundation for broadening the application of computer simulation technology in the course of food biotechnology.
