I watched a little too much VH1 as a kid during summers in “It’s a dry heat” Tucson, Arizona: countdowns of the 100 greatest rock songs known to man, tales of sordid behind-the-music history, and “best weeks ever” that read like a grocery store checkout magazine with better humor.
