Extracurricular activities are places provided by an educational institution so that students can advance their potential. The large number of extracurricular activities causes students to have difficulty choosing extracurricular activities, as a result many students choose the wrong extracurricular activities so that they can waste their potential. There are five criteria will be used in this research, namely interest, experience, achievement, suggestions from parents, and suggestions from friends. The result of this research itself is an extracurricular selection DSS developed using the waterfall development metthod by utilizing the Simple Multi Attribute Rating Technique Exploiting Rank (SMARTER) method which can help students choose the best extracurricular activities for them. The extracurricular selection DSS made is able to recommend choir extracurriculars with a final value of 0.593 or 59.3%.
