Abstract

− Environmentally friendly PCB is a concept realized in electronic systems that does not cause harm to the environment. This can be realized using a conductive ink medium that will act as a conductor of electric current and cardboard, PVC, and duplex as a medium for making PCB paths. The development of environmentally friendly innovations on PCBs is needed because the use of FR4 on old PCB technology is very difficult to recycle. In this study, an evaluation of the performance of the circuit produced from environmentally friendly PCBs will be carried out. The eco-friendly PCB will be printed using a pre-designed CNC Plotter machine. The results showed that the resistance produced by environmentally friendly PCBs is quite high at 171.4 per 5cm compared to the resistance using copper circuits with a thickness of (35x10-6m) which is 8.57Ω per 5cm. With the high resistance of environmentally friendly PCBs, the power absorbed by environmentally friendly PCBs is quite large. However, the circuit can work optimally in its application.
