Analisis Ketaatan Kontrak Perjanjian Kemitraan Ayam Broiler terhadap Pendapatan Peternak di Kabupaten Bungo

Abstract

ABSTRAK. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui perbedaan ketaatan kontrak perjanjian kemitraan ayam broiler antara ketaatan input dan ketaatan output pada berbagai perusahaan di Kabupaten Bungo serta faktor lainnya yang mempengaruhi. Objek yang diamati pada penelitian ini adalah peternak kemitraan ayam broiler dengan tiga perusahaan inti dengan sampel sebanyak 58 responden peternak ayam broiler, data penelitian sumber dari data primer dan data sekunder. Data primer tentang input, ouput dan karakteristik peternak. Data hasil penelitian dianalisis menggunakan analisis uji beda rata-rata dan analisis jalur (Path Analysis). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan tidak ada perbedaan tingkat ketaatan input dan ketaatan output dari tiga perusahaan dengan peternak. Hasil uji beda rata-rata (significant = P 0,05) menunjukkan perbedaan antara input peternak dan output peternak dari masing-masing perusahaan. Hasil analisis jalur menunjukkan input biaya pakan (42,39 %) dan biaya DOC (9,01 %) berpengaruh (P0,05) terhadap pendapatan peternak. Harga jual ayam (93,12 %), umur panen (22,00 %) dan bonus (59,44 %) (P0,05) terhadap pendapatan peternak. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan rata-rata tingkat ketaatan input yang terdiri dari harga pakan dan harga DOC serta ketaatan output harga jual ayam dan perhitungan bonus sangat taat dari tiga perusahaan kemitraan broiler di Kabupaten Bungo. Terdapat perbedaan input serta output peternak dari tiga perusahaan kemitraan ayam broiler di Kabupaten Bungo. (Obedience analysis of broiler chicken partnership contract agreement on farmer income in Bungo District) ABSTRACT This study aims to determine the differences in compliance with broiler partnership agreement contracts between input compliance and output compliance in various companies in Bungo Regency and other influencing factors. The object observed in this study was broiler partnership farmers with three core companies with a sample of 58 respondents of broiler breeders, research data sources from primary data and secondary data. Primary data about inputs, outputs and characteristics of farmers. The results of the research data were analyzed using analysis of the average difference test and path analysis. The results of the study showed that there was no difference in the level of input compliance and compliance with the output of the three companies with farmers. The average difference test result (significant = P 0.05) shows the difference between farmer input and farmer output from each company. The results of path analysis showed that input feed costs (42.39%) and DOC costs (9.01%) had an effect (P 0.05) on farmer income, selling price of chicken (93.12%), harvest age (22.00%) and bonus (59.44%) (P 0.05) on farmer income. It can be concluded that the average input compliance level consisting of feed prices and DOC prices and compliance with the output of chicken selling prices and very obedient bonus calculations from three broiler partnership companies in Bungo Regency. There are differences in input and output of farmers from three chicken partnership companies broiler in Bungo District.
