Abstract

Several collaborative networks need to be involved in supporting the life cycle of complex service-enhanced products. When addressing highly customized products, these networks need to consider the involvement of the customer and local stakeholders close to the customer. In this context, a set of integrated subsystems supporting both long-term strategic networks and goaloriented virtual organizations is proposed. Experimental results are presented in the context of service-enhanced products in the solar energy sector.
