Abstract

The supplier evaluation is one of core work for realizing supply strategy. This paper analysis and comprehensively evaluate the suppliers with the principal component analysis, given the sort of each product supplier equally, providing a standard to the enterprise for selecting the suppliers. © 2012 Springer-Verlag.
