Abstract

This paper mainly considers the disaster reduction business in China. We using development kit, such as ArcEngine, C#, IDL and oracle, to develop system, and design the catastrophic emergency rescue system. It can integrate multi-source data, such as remote sensing image, basic geographic data, socio-economic data and etc for synergy analysis. It is good for disaster reduction business of our country. © 2012 Springer-Verlag Berlin Heidelberg.
