Abstract

This paper is proposing a method to assess the efficiency of smart-walkers. These robotic devices are closely interacting with the human user. As we address mainly the needs of elderly people we chose to base our method on normalized geriatric medicine tests. We are showing the feasibility of that approach on robuWALKER device. © 2012 Springer-Verlag.
