Labour-law related questions regarding telework in the time of corona

Abstract

This article provides a brief overview of the situation under labour law in connection with teleworking. In particular, the current circumstances surrounding the Corona crisis are outlined in cursory fashion. The different forms of employment occurring in libraries are taken into account.
