Although various primary and secondary neoplasms may present in the conjunctival sac the two most major tumors that may extend into the orbit are the squamous cell carcinoma and melanoma. The histopathological, clinical, imaging, and therapeutic aspects of these two tumors are extensively covered in this chapter and their manifestations as secondary orbital tumors are discussed.
