Abstract

In order to achieve the sustainable growth of the development of software industry, it must begin with the Software Process Improvement at personal level. In this paper, we present a new method for software process improvement that focuses on three areas of concern to the process improvement in personal level, the process improvement in project level and the process improvement in organization level. This method is called Agility Software Process Improvement for Small and Medium Enterprises: ASPISME. This method is integrates the strong synergies and techniques of CMMI, PSP, XP and SCRUM appropriately and suitably so that it can be used as an alternative for software enterprises in Thailand. © 2009 Springer-Verlag.
