Abstract

Adv. Sci. 2019, 7, 1900949 In the originally published article, incorrect gel sections were presented in Figure 1C and Figure 2C, Supporting Information. Also, the wrong images and caption were presented in Figure 1C, Supporting Information. The corrected panels of the figures are presented below. 1 Figure (Figure presented.) Circ-MALAT1 is highly expressed in Hepatocellular CSCs. C) Divergent primers amplified circR-MALAT1, circ-CDYL, and circ-TCONS_I2 in cDNA but not genomic DNA (gDNA) or RNA (No RT). Convergent Primers could amplify linear RNA and circRNA in cDNA and parental gene in gDNA. S1 Figure (Figure presented.) (Related to Figure 1.) C) The protein levels of both CSC marker (OCT4) and HCC marker (AFP) were measured in spheres by immunofluorescence. Scale bar, 20 μm. Columns, mean from three independent experiments; bars, SD. ** P< 0.01. S2 Figure (Figure presented.) (Related to Figure 1.) CircRNAs are expressed differentially in HCC CSCs. C) Divergent primers amplified 6 candidate circRNAs in cDNA but not genomic DNA (gDNA) and RNA (No RT). In Figure 1, panel 1C (Hep3B cell line: circ-MALAT1 and circ-TCONS_I2; and Huh7 cell line: circ-MALAT1) is corrected. In Figure 2C, Supporting Information, panel 2C (Hep3B cell line: circ-HIPK3 and circ-SPARC; and Huh7 cell line: circ-FKBP10, circ-HIPK3 and circ-RPPH1) is corrected. The entirety of Figure 1C, Supporting Information is corrected. These corrections do not change the conclusions of this article. The authors apologize for any misunderstandings that these technical errors in figure preparation may have caused.
