Abstract

Analeptic drugs are commonly thought as central nervous system stimulants. Examples of this can include amphetamines used for attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), doxapram which is used for respiratory depression and even caf- feine that is found in our daily cup of coffee.
