Abstract

This paper explains the design of employee training programs, implementing them in a right way and evaluating the effectiveness of training. Evaluating the training is needed to assess the knowledge and skills gained by the employee after attending the training and also the benefits that are gained by the organisation in spite of spending money and time on employee training.
