Abstract

To characterize and purify glycosyltransferases, it is essential to establish a simple and sensitive assay method. Here, we describe a method for determination of the activity of GnT VI (UDP-GlcNAc: GlcNAcβ1- 6(GlcNAcβ1-2)Manα1-R [GlcNAc to Man] β1-4N- acetylglucosaminyltransferase VI) using a fluorescently labeled oligosaccharide. © Springer Science+Business Media New York 2013.
