Abstract

As lobbying organizations, Russian Bank Associations are designed to articulate and convey the wishes of the banking business to the authorities. Nowadays they have become an important subject of institutional changes not only in the financial segment, but also in the economy as a whole. The purpose of the article is to identify directions, mechanisms of impact and influence of the banking associations on financial and banking environment. It is based on open data: the materials of two major banking unions of the country.
