Abstract

The No. 460 Au deposits of Gansu province in China is located between the Tuwu-Yandong porphyry Cu-Mo deposits and the Oyu Tolgio porphyry Au-Cu-Mo deposit. Characteristics of rock-chip geochemical anomaly were reported in this study, indicating it might be one of the most promising targets for Au mineralization in porphyry environments in the Late Silurian-Carboniferous magmatic arc.
