Abstract

Along with melanocytic nevi, seborrheic keratosis is the most common benign cutaneous neoplasm. The pathogenesis is unknown. There is a strikingly familiar predisposition probably with an autosomal-dominant inheritance pattern. © 2007 Springer-Verlag.
