The growing use of mobile technologies on the part of the Brazilian populationhas changed the behavior of the students and teachers in the classroom, learningthrough these technologies is expanding. This paper presents the results obtainedthrough an experiment of application use WhatsApp Messenger by a group with the intention and support educational and pedagogical practices. The research isquantitative approach, with a survey of information and had as target students and teachers of a discipline of College attendance. It is concluded that the application, in the opinion of the participants of this study, can be of great value in the development of educational, mainly by the interactivity that WhatsApp provides.
