Abstract

Urinary tract infections (UTIs) are one of the most common bacterial infections in children (Spencer et al. 2010). Pediatric uroradiologists are frequently confronted with affected children due to the fact that UTI might be the only symptom of renal malformations or abnormalities of the urinary tract.
