Abstract

The article discusses the "Trade" 2014 Execution Management System (EMS) Survey of the largest users of electronic and algorithmic trading in the world. Topics covered include their views on the overall performance of various EMS such as Bloomberg EMSX Charles RiverTradingScreen, the reasons for the adoption of electronic trading by hedge funds and opportunities provided by hedge funds to EMS providers.
