Abstract

Visibility assistance can increase the situational awareness of the operator. Person detection using deep learning methods shows promising outcomes in consequence of having a great amount of sample data. In the construction domain, the number of public datasets remains low. We propose the simulation system for improving person detection from the load view using deep learning. The dataset generated from the simulation system can be used to magnify the data. It can be promptly generated with a speed of half a second. Two generated datasets are evaluated by the state-of-the-art detector with fair accuracy.
