Abstract

Policies around the Web are an important part of the keeping the Web ecosystem sustainable. It is an evolving node of the anatomy. The first 20 years or so of the popular use of the Internet were referred to as the wild west of the Web. This, for the most part, is true. Without a lot of regulating standards around such issues as who can use the Web, how it can be used, and who or what controls these patterns of use, etc.
