Abstract

The boom of electronic commerce in the global industry and its impact on the\rorganizational structure has led to the development of several information technology\rsolutions in parallel with traditional commerce. Involvement in electronic commerce\rrequires the evaluation of initial conditions in a company in order to succeed. With\rthe purpose of reducing failures which imply unplanned investments in technology,\rthis reflection article shows a model to evaluate critical aspects at the time of implementing\ran electronic commerce solution. The proposal has an integral approach\rsupported by useful diagnostic qualitative and quantitative instruments.
