Case report: A 30-year-old woman with acute lymphoblastic leukemia beginning 3 months before was referred for left visual loss. The left fundus showed optic disc engorgement by infiltrating tumor, with numerous hemorrhages and exudates caused by optic nerve leukemic infiltration.
